Our 3 men and a large truck service is tailored to major relocations: entire family homes, multi-room apartments or business fit-outs. We plan load sequences to balance weight across the vehicle, ensuring stability on the road. From wrapping priceless heirlooms to manoeuvring bulky wardrobes and whitegoods, our crew handles every item with precision.

Whether you’re upsizing, downsizing or relocating a cottage business, Primo’s ensures each piece arrives in top condition—and on schedule.

Large moves take coordination—so we work around you. Early starts, late finishes or weekend shifts are all on the table. Simply choose your preferred slot, and our three-person team will be there as arranged. You’re only billed for the time we’re on the clock, keeping your large move cost-effective.

Fair Half-Hourly Rates

• $145 per half-hour
• Minimum booking: 2 hours
• After 2 hours: charged in 15-minute increments
• Rates begin when our truck arrives at your pickup address and end when unloading is complete

All prices exclude GST. Tolls, parking fees or waste-disposal charges incurred during the move will be added to your final invoice.

Additional Charges

• Booking Fee: A non-refundable deposit equal to the minimum charge secures your booking.
• Cancellations: Less than 24 hours’ notice incurs a 2-hour fee. If our team is en route or on-site, the 2-hour minimum applies.
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, EFT, Visa/Mastercard (2.5% surcharge) and Amex (3% surcharge). Card on file will be charged if no alternate payment is made.

Insurance & Liability

Standard transit insurance covers your items. To file a claim, report any damage to our team and office before departure. Unreported damage cannot be claimed. For high-value items or delicate heirlooms, extra declared-value insurance can be arranged at booking.

Specialist Items

Moving a grand piano, commercial freezer or large safe? Advance notice lets us prepare the right equipment and crew. Primo’s reserves the right to decline undeclared specialist items to maintain safety and ensure compliance.
